• • Direct Interventions for Street Children: On January 27, 2024, HFZC conducted an outreach program in Chiredzi, where they assisted four abandoned street children who were scavenging for food. These boys—Defeat Tasengera (15 years), Tinotenda Mukakanyari (14 years), Collins Tasengera (11 years), and Done Tasengera (7 years)—were identified as being in urgent need of accommodation, food, clothing, education, and healthcare. HFZC provided immediate food assistance and registered them as prospective residents for a new orphanage being built in Checheche, Chipinge, which will soon be ready to provide shelter and a nurturing environment.

2. Ongoing Cases: We are currently supporting 38 individuals who are in need of continuous medical care. The number of individuals requiring our help continues to grow as we reach more underserved communities.

Our organization is dedicated to advancing the rights and safeguarding the well-being of victims of violence, particularly women and children. We provide support through legal assistance, counseling, and advocacy, aiming to eradicate child abuse, exploitation, and all forms of violence against minors.

Victim Support and Justice Access:

We assist victims of domestic violence and other forms of abuse in seeking justice against perpetrators.

Counseling services are offered to help victims heal and reclaim their lives.

Child Protection and Rescue Efforts:

We have successfully rescued children from abusive situations and those at risk of trafficking with the collaboration of law enforcement.

Our child protection policy prioritizes the safety and rights of children, guiding our operational framework.

Awareness Campaigns:

Launched the "Stop Zimbabwe Drug Traffickers" campaign to combat drug-related violence, particularly targeting the sexual exploitation of young girls within drug environments.

We assist unregistered children, including victims of baby dumping, in obtaining legal identities and birth registrations, ensuring their rights are recognized and protected.
