OUR MISSION
Hope for Zimbabwe Children (HFZC) Trust is a leader in the provision of humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable populations in Zimbabwe and surrounding areas. Our work is first and foremost social.
Our mission is therefore to address the multifaceted societal issues that children face mainly due to the effects of poverty thus we are providing assistance to children with life-threatening medical conditions in order to enhance emotional and physical wellbeing and thus enrich the human existence and give children hope in the foreseeable future.

Purpose
Hope for Zimbabwe children (HFZC) purpose is to supplement government efforts in alleviating social ills and fill the gap due to a critical deterioration of health and social services. The general economic climate and social catastrophe in Zimbabwe has created with it, immense humanitarian needs. The demands for humanitarian services in health and social services have tended to outweigh supply. With the limited resources available, our contribution and purpose is crucial and in high demand. This immensely impacts on our approach to the delivery of humanitarian services in order to make meaningful contributions and maintain our purpose given resources at our disposal.
There is insufficient effort and assistance by the government, communities and businesses in helping, children, youths and adults in need thus HFZC recognized the need to help these marginalized and underprivileged groups. This shortage and lack of services provides an opportunity for Hope for Zimbabwe Children to compliment the services in the country and act as a development partner in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
